The Dartmouth and Lewisham Suite is our largest space at Patshull, ideal for conferences, training and corporate events. It accommodates 200 theatre style and up to 150 for seated dining. You will benefit from free car parking and free wi-fi connection during your time with us, and of course all our staff offer a free smile. AV equipment is available to hire for a small charge.
We offer four fantastic executive boxes located on the third floor of the new brand stand with magnificent pitch side views. Each one has it’s own cloakroom and benefits from natural day light, air-conditioning and an executive lounge for exclusive use of those meeting in the boxes.
The Affinity Suite is our largest event space at 880m² and is perfect for an array of events, ranging from weddings to conferences and exhibitions. As a newly built venue all of our event spaces will come with state-of-the-art technology, as well as Skyfold walls which can be used to separate the room into two. As the largest pillar free ballroom space in Birmingham the Affinity Suite is a fantastic choice for conferences, and we can accommodate up to 1,200 delegates. Combined with our inhouse catering and dedicated registration area you are guaranteed a smooth and professional event.
A spacious, versatile conference room or dining room can be hired on its own or connected with neighbouring spaces (Lodge Room 1 & 2) to fit 120 guests. The space has plenty of natural light and views of the courtyard, perfect for a relaxed drink receptions or meetings.

Whether you are training, conducting a conference or need a meeting room the Somers Suite can offer a number of room set ups to meet your business needs

We work on a dynamic matrix for screen hire; peak times (Friday/Saturday/Sunday) will be more expensive than off-peak times and days. The room has a full capacity of 128 with wheelchair space or 126 without wheelchair space
The Events Room is ideal for smaller, intimate events, workshops, meetings, presentations, and seminars. It can host up to 40 people. The modern space is elegant yet comfortable for your colleagues and business needs. The catering is deliciously provided by Café Opus at Ikon.
