Venue hire ranges from £2,250-£6,750+VAT per day for single-day hire depending on which spaces you book. The Annex costs £2,750+VAT for 10am-midnight hire, while Arch 1 & 2 combined would be at the higher end of the range. Long-term pop-up hires have different rates that require discussion with the venue team.

Kachette has 3 interconnected railway arch spaces: Arch 1 & 2 (two large railway arches), and the Annex (a 1,500 sq ft day-lit reception space with lots of natural light). The spaces can be hired individually or combined, with the Annex being recommended for events around 40 guests, while larger pop-ups can use the whole venue.

External caterers and bar operators incur additional fees (amount depends on service level required). You'll also need to budget for security staffing, post-hire cleaning, and waste collection. The venue operates on a dry-hire basis, so all catering, furniture, and equipment are additional costs unless using their preferred suppliers.

Kachette operates a no-obligation pencil system where your date can be challenged by other parties depending on booking length and nature. To secure your date, you need a 50% deposit and signed contract, with the remaining balance due 1 month before your event.

The Annex includes a PA system, 100Mbps dedicated fiber internet, fixed bar structure, and accessible bathroom facilities. All spaces include duty venue manager, AC and power, 100MB/s wi-fi, 10GB/s fiber, and cloakroom rails and hangers.

You can use your own suppliers, but Kachette charges a fee for external caterers or bar operators (fee varies based on service level required). Alternatively, you can work with their preferred suppliers list available at shoreditch.com/suppliers, with packaged options available.

Kachette offers catenary wire for hanging props and images, custom-made logo projections, draping for breakout areas, HD projectors, lighting rig, sound system, and white backdrop for screening. The venue also has Old Street billboards available for hire to promote your pop-up.

The Annex operates from 10am-midnight as standard. For events requiring longer access or build time, extended hours can be arranged. Setup and de-rig times need to be discussed based on your specific pop-up requirements.
