The Writing Room is our smallest room at the Royal Institution and with its book-lined walls, it provides a traditional feel. This space is light and airy and being linked to two larger spaces is the perfect overflow space from the Library & Georgian Room for standing receptions for larger conferences. It can also be used as a VIP Room or a space for speakers during the daytime.
Situated on the lower ground floor, the newly refurbished Forster room has a contemporary decor and a state of the art lighting system. It can be accommodate up to seats 55 people theatre style, and is perfect for medium sized boardroom meetings or exhibition.
Bright and airy meeting room nearby iconic OXO Tower Wharf and only 2 min walk from the conference centre. It is fully equipped with high quality overhead projector, screen and complimentary Wi-Fi. This room is suitable for board meetings, training workshop and away days. It is fully accessible private meeting space with dedicated bathroom facilities and access to the outdoor patio.
Mackenzie Suite is located on the lower ground floor and therefore offers amper flexibility in terms of seating styles, this room is also perfect for confidential meetings due to its location. Ideal room for any team builiding activity.
The India Club Lounge is adjacent to the bar and can be hired out alongside it or on its own. It is steeped in the struggle for Indian Independence and has a rich history. The lounge is ideal for meetings, interviews or functions.
The Cube is perfect for Business meeting for smaller groups. This is a private room with a fitted projector & screen and can accommodate up to 30 people seated.
Fully equipped Karaoke facilities, luxury wide screen, spacious room, suitable for exhibitions, dance classes or rehearsal.
This is the ideal meeting room for up to 28 boardroom style or 22 u-shaped. It's well lit, with its own private adjacent space with toilets and coffee machine. Decorated with comfy leather chairs, storage for coats and equipment, dimmable lighting, blackout blinds and air conditioning.
