The Burdett Suite is ideal for grand-scale celebrations, weddings and events. Perfect for an Awards Ceremony with built in spotlights and 3 large screens or dinner with atmospheric LED lighting that can be set to match any brand, the Burdett Suite offers a private area for guests to celebrate in style with an optional private entrance. The Burdett Suite comprises of the Burdett, the Burdett Lobby, the Orangery, Courtyard and two green rooms. The courtyard is enclosed by a magnificent living wall popping with colour from April to October. The space can hold 400 standing or 280 seated.

Some rooms also include lecterns with computers, comfort monitors, and infrared induction loops.

Standard session times run 8am to 5pm for meetings and 6pm to midnight for evening events. Additional hours beyond standard times are charged at £300 VAT exempt per hour, and overnight holds are available ranging from £500-£1,550 VAT exempt per night depending on the space.

Daytime catering packages start at £62.40 per person (minimum 40 people) including arrival refreshments, mid-morning break, two-course buffet lunch, afternoon break, and water throughout. Evening packages include canapes at £25 per person plus VAT, wine at £28 per bottle plus VAT, and formal meals starting around £78 per person including wine.

The Green House has a ceiling height of approximately 4 metres, which means 6-metre high LED structures will not fit in the space. The venue can accommodate DJ booths, live bands, and staging, with separate areas available for seated service and standing reception within the same room.

Viewings are available Monday to Friday between 9am and 4pm. The venue does not automatically hold spaces during the enquiry process, so clients must specifically request to place spaces on hold. All pricing is subject to future changes and quotes are not final invoices until confirmed.
