Located on the second floor - the Auditorium benefits from lift access just outside of the room, natural daylight and air conditioning. There is a stage area to the front of the room and raised decking areas at the rear which are typically used as breakout spaces, exhibition spaces and cloakroom facilities. The high technical spec of this room means it is perfectly suited for exhibitions, product launches, training courses and large presentations.

The venue only accepts business or educational conferences and exams. Other event types are not permitted at the venue.

The Auditorium accommodates 400 people in theatre style, 350 for banquet seating, and 280 in cabaret layout. The venue also has a First Floor Hall with capacity for 220 theatre, 180 banquet, 112 cabaret, or 52 classroom style.

Standard booking availability runs Monday to Friday during the day. Weekend bookings are limited - Saturday bookings are occasionally available but the venue is not set up for frequent weekend events, and Sunday hire is not offered.

Events extending beyond 17:30 incur an additional charge of £185 +VAT per hour in the First Floor Hall. Saturday bookings include an out-of-office surcharge of £26 +VAT per hour.

The Auditorium includes laser projector and screen (£225), PA system with technician (£370), and up to six 65" LED repeater screens at £185 +VAT per pair. Video recording with unedited footage costs £360 +VAT, and hybrid event rates are available on request.

All-day tea, coffee, and biscuits package costs £8 +VAT per head. The venue offers various catering menus including hot buffet lunch options, with specific pricing provided in their catering documents upon request.

Rooms are placed on hold for enquirers while they consider proposals. The venue regularly follows up for updates and sets specific deadlines for confirmation, typically giving clients several days to a week to respond before releasing the booking to other clients.

The DDR package includes venue hire, all-day tea and coffee with biscuits, basic AV equipment (flip chart, projector, PA system with microphones), and lunch options. The rate varies by room, with the First Floor Hall DDR at £38 +VAT per delegate with a minimum of 55 attendees.

Venue show rounds are available Monday to Friday from 09:30 to 15:30. Clients can request a specific date and time that works for them, and the venue will schedule the viewing accordingly.

King's House Conference Centre is located at King's Church, Sidney Street, Manchester M1 7HB in the Educational Quarter of Manchester City Centre. It offers excellent transport links via Oxford Road train station and Mancunian Way, with lift access to the second-floor Auditorium.
