Seminar Room 4 is a sub-division of Seminar Room 3/4 - perfect for smaller training groups, presentations, interviews and lunch breaks - for larger groups please look at Seminar Room 3/4. The space has natural light via a large window and daylight tubes and comes equipped with all King's House Conference Centre standard equipment: flip chart, projector screen, tables & chairs. An LCD projector and PA system can be hired at an additional cost.

Events running beyond 17:30 incur an additional charge of £185 +VAT per hour in the First Floor Hall. Saturday bookings include an out of office surcharge of £26 +VAT per hour.

Standard equipment includes flip charts, projectors, and screens. Additional options include 65" LED repeater screens at £185-£190 +VAT per pair (up to 6 screens available), video recording at £320-£360 +VAT, and PA systems with technicians at £370 +VAT for the Auditorium.
What catering packages are offered and at what cost?
The all-day tea, coffee, and biscuits package costs £8 +VAT per head. Standard Day Delegate Rate is £38-£39 +VAT per delegate with minimum requirements. Hot buffet lunch costs £6,750 for 300 people, and classic breakfast is £2,250 for 300 people.
How long are rooms held on option and what is the booking confirmation process?
Rooms are placed on hold during the enquiry process, but clients must respond to confirmation requests by specified deadlines or the booking will be released. Deadlines are typically set with specific dates and times, such as "before 12:00 Friday" or "before 14:00 Wednesday."
What are the show round availability and venue viewing options?
Show rounds are available Monday to Friday from 09:30 to 15:30. The venue encourages site visits to help visualize the spaces, and viewing appointments can be scheduled during these hours.
