Due to current restrictions with the fire doors, the Neighbourhood Room capacity has been reduced to 60 delegates. It previously held up to 120 in a theatre style. For 75-80 delegates, consider using a different room or confirm capacity updates with the venue.

The South Bank Suite can be hired for £2,460 +VAT per day. This includes AV equipment such as a ceiling projector, laptop, WIFI, PA system with up to 6 microphones, and hybrid meeting facilitation.

Live stream and recording is an additional £350 +VAT.

Yes, the Third Floor Suite includes two syndicate rooms, Fred Miller and Lil Patrick. These can serve as breakout spaces or be used for catering and refreshments. Additionally, each room is equipped with screens and hybrid call capabilities.

An AV technician is not present all day in the room but is available on-site to assist with issues. For an additional cost of £600 plus VAT per day, you can have an AV technician present throughout the event, subject to availability.

Coin Street Conference Centre is a weekday-only venue, operating Monday through Friday. The centre is not open on Saturdays.

To confirm a booking, request to place a hold on your preferred date. Provide full name, company details, and email address for the contract. The contract will be sent via Adobe Sign for electronic signature. You can provide a purchase order number later if necessary. Full payment details, including final catering and attendee numbers, are confirmed closer to the event.
