The Bird of Paradise Bar is the perfect spot for drinks receptions, afterwork drinks, office parties, summer parties and birthdays. It is the home of LIMIN's signature Rum Punch sorcery so don't be surprised if people don't want to stray from the bar. Ideal as an add-on space that accommodates up to 50 people standing along with the Bush Lounge, which allows people to spill out beyond the back room and into the main bar area.

Minimum spend varies by date and season, ranging from £2,000 to £20,000 (excluding VAT and service charge). July is the busiest month with higher minimums of £10,000-£20,000, while other periods may start from £2,500. The venue can negotiate lower minimums for repeat customers, with one example showing a reduction from £2,500 to £2,000 for a returning client.

All minimum spends exclude VAT (20%) and a mandatory 15% service charge. VAT is included when ordering individually from the bar, but applies to bespoke catering packages. These additional charges can increase your total cost by approximately 38% above the quoted minimum spend.

The venue accommodates up to 300 people across all spaces. The Bougainvillea Gallery holds up to 150 people with a minimum spend of £12,500-£15,000. Specific areas like the Bird of Paradise Bar accommodate up to 50 people standing, and can be combined with the Bush Lounge for larger groups.

Three unlimited packages are available: Classic (£45 for 2 hours/£60 for 3 hours) includes beer, wine, soft drinks; Premium (£50 for 2 hours/£75 for 3 hours) adds prosecco and single spirits; Luxury (£65 for 2 hours/£95 for 3 hours) includes cocktails. Alternatively, open bar tabs, welcome drinks, or bespoke cocktail menus are available.
