Summer Party in the Courtyard at The Postal Museum

The Postal Museum and Courtyard costs £8,250 + VAT for venue hire with access from 14:00 for setup, earliest guest arrival from 15:00, and guest departure at 23:00. Mail Rail costs £5,500 + VAT for evening events (access 17:00, guests 18:00-23:00) or £6,000 + VAT for some events. Extended hours cost £500 + VAT per hour, subject to availability.

Viewings are offered Tuesday-Friday between 9am-5pm and Monday subject to availability. You meet in The Postal Museum Welcome Space and can arrange a meeting with a team member onsite to discuss your event requirements.

The Mail Rail train can be hired for an additional fee with costs varying: £1,500 + VAT for a 3-hour slot, £2,000 + VAT for some events, or £2,400 + VAT for others. Each train accommodates up to 20 guests with 15-minute journeys, departing every 10 minutes.

Monday events when the Museum is closed cost £5,500-£6,000 + VAT for Mail Rail. Tuesday-Sunday events requiring Museum closure cost £20,000 + VAT as a buyout. The Postal Museum and Courtyard pricing appears consistent regardless of day.
