Situated on the lower ground floor with plenty of natural daylight, la Galeria and adjacent Studio have lots of unique character and original features. The combination of the two spaces lends itself to private dining, wine tastings, intimate banquets, Christmas parties, drinks receptions, canapés receptions, dry hire events, art exhibitions, corporate events, hybrid events, live streaming, film, TV and editorial photo shoots, product launches, away days, team building activities, birthday parties, trade shows, pop-ups, corporate drinks, working lunches, networking, workshops.

The White Loft costs £2,750+VAT for up to 8 hours (£160+VAT per extra hour), while the White Loft and Palm Room together cost £3,750+VAT (£320+VAT per extra hour). La Galeria and Studio costs £2,450+VAT per day with extra hours at £160+VAT per hour. The Palm Room alone is £1,850+VAT per day (£160+VAT per extra hour). All of Underwood Lofts together costs £4,950+VAT per day with extra hours at £320+VAT per hour.

The White Loft accommodates 120 theatre, 100 cabaret, or 150 standing. The Palm Room holds 100 standing, 70 theatre, or 70 cabaret. La Galeria and Studio can host up to 140 theatre or 120 cabaret. The New Victorian Loft holds 180 theatre, 150 cabaret, or 180 standing. All spaces combined provide maximum flexibility for larger events.

Two refreshment options are available: unlimited tea, coffee, apple juice, and biscuits for £10.90+VAT per person, or the same plus soft drinks for £14.90+VAT per person. Breakfast starts from £8.90+VAT per person, lunch from £19.99+VAT per person, and individual boxes/bowls from £11+VAT per person. A 10% service charge applies to all catering.

85-inch screens cost £275+VAT each, microphones are £45+VAT (handheld) or £90+VAT for multiple units, and stage pieces (1m x 2m) cost £125+VAT each. Smart TV screens, PA systems, and other AV equipment are available for additional charges. The venue can provide projectors, sound systems, and other technical equipment upon request.

The smallest space is The Palm Room, which is designed for 50+ people minimum. The venue does not have small meeting rooms suitable for very small groups (under 20 people), as confirmed when they declined inquiries for meetings of 2 people or similar small gatherings.

The venue is fully booked frequently, with many inquiries being redirected to alternative venues when dates are unavailable. Weekend rates may differ from weekday pricing, and some spaces may not be available simultaneously. The venue appears to prioritize corporate events and may have restrictions on certain event types based on budget requirements.

The building is fully DDA compliant with modern reception, two passenger lifts, cycle storage facilities, air conditioning, and wheelchair-friendly bathrooms. Different spaces are located on different floors (lower ground, 2nd floor, 3rd floor).

Yes, multiple spaces can be combined. The White Loft and Palm Room together cost £3,750+VAT (versus £2,750+VAT for White Loft alone), and all of Underwood Lofts can be hired for £4,950+VAT per day. When booking multiple spaces, extra hours are charged at higher rates (£320+VAT per hour for combined spaces versus £160+VAT for single spaces).

Canapés and drinks receptions start from £71.51 per person for 25-50 people (minimum 20 people, 6 canapés minimum order, 2-hour wine, beer and soft drinks). Prosecco on arrival costs an additional £6.89 per person. Extra hours of drinks cost £9.00+VAT per person per hour. Chef and waiting staff are provided on-site for catering services.
