Situated on the second and third floor, full of natural light, the New White Loft and Palm Room below, but easily accessible via stairs and lift, are versatile spaces full of original features and originality.

The two spaces combine well for birthday parties, Christmas parties, family celebrations, corporate events, dry hire events, away days, team building, work-out classes, yoga and pilates sessions, awards ceremonies, unique dining experiences, TV filming, photo shoots, receptions, festivals, trade shows, product launches, pop up shows, art exhibitions, networking and training sessions.

The White Loft costs £2,750+VAT for up to 8 hours, with extra hours at £160+VAT. The Palm Room is £1,850+VAT for up to 8 hours (reduced to £1,250+VAT for smaller groups of 20), with extra hours at £160+VAT. Both spaces together cost £3,750+VAT for up to 8 hours, with extra hours at £320+VAT. La Galeria and Studio costs £2,450+VAT per day (reduced to £1,950+VAT in some cases), with extra hours at £160+VAT.

The White Loft accommodates 120 theatre style, 100 cabaret style, or 150 standing. The Palm Room holds 100 standing, 70 theatre style, or 70 cabaret style. La Galeria and Studio can host up to 140 theatre style or 120 cabaret style. All of Underwood Lofts combined (White Loft, Victorian Loft, and Chalet) costs £4,950+VAT for up to 8 hours with extra hours at £320+VAT.

Two unlimited refreshment options are available: Option 1 includes unlimited tea, coffee, apple juice, and biscuits for £10.90+VAT per person. Option 2 adds soft drinks (Coca-Cola, Diet Coke, San Pellegrino) for £14.90+VAT per person. Breakfast starts from £8.90+VAT per person, lunch from £19.99+VAT per person, and individual boxes/bowls from £11+VAT per person. A 10% service charge applies to all catering.

85-inch Smart TV screens cost £275+VAT each. Microphones are £45+VAT for single units or £90+VAT for multiple units. Stage pieces (1m x 2m) cost £125+VAT each. PA systems and other AV equipment are available for additional charges, with setup and technical support included.

The smallest space available is The Palm Room, which is designed for groups of 50 or more people. The venue does not offer small meeting rooms suitable for very small groups - when asked about space for just 2 people, they indicated they don't have rooms that small and their spaces are geared towards larger corporate events.

The venue accommodates various event types including corporate events, away days, Christmas parties, product launches, and training sessions. However, for filming purposes, they typically recommend The Embassy venue in Victoria instead, as the other venues cannot meet the budgets typically required for filming projects.
