The New White Loft on the third floor and the Palm Room below, easily accessible via stairs and lift, are abundant with natural light, elegant and original features. The New White Loft alone costs £2,750+VAT for up to 8 hours, with extra hours at £160+VAT per hour. The White Loft combined with the Palm Room costs £3,750+VAT for up to 8 hours, with extra hours at £320+VAT per hour. The Palm Room on its own is £1,850+VAT for up to 8 hours with extra hours at £160+VAT per hour.

The New White Loft accommodates 120 theatre style, 100 cabaret style, or 150 standing guests. The Palm Room can host 100 standing, 70 theatre style, or 70 cabaret style guests. When booking both spaces together, you have access to multiple layout options across the two floors.

Two unlimited refreshment options are available: Option 1 includes unlimited tea, coffee, apple juice, and biscuits at £10.90+VAT per person. Option 2 adds soft drinks (Coca-Cola, Diet Coke, San Pellegrino) for £14.90+VAT per person. Additional catering includes breakfast from £8.90pp+VAT, lunch from £19.99pp+VAT, and individual boxes/bowls from £11pp+VAT, with a 10% service charge applied to all catering.

The New White Loft is located on the third floor at 6-14 Underwood Street, London N1 7JQ, while the Palm Room is directly below on the second floor. Both spaces are accessible via stairs and lift, and the venue is just 8 minutes walk from Old Street station.

Available equipment includes 85-inch screens at £275+VAT each, microphones at £45+VAT each (or £90+VAT for multiple), and stage pieces (1m x 2m) at £125+VAT each. Smart TV screens, PA systems, and other AV equipment are available for additional charges upon request.
