Studio II operates on a Daily Delegate Rate (DDR) of £150 per person for full-day meetings, which includes room hire, arrival tea/coffee, AM/PM coffee breaks, working lunch with soft drinks, unlimited water, LCD projector and screen, flipchart, service, VAT, and table amenities. For evening events, Studio II requires a £4,000 minimum food and beverage spend plus 13.5% service charge. The Private Dining Room has a minimum spend of £750 for up to 14 people, with set menus starting at £85 per person.

Studio II can accommodate up to 66 guests for evening events like wedding receptions and up to 18 people for boardroom-style meetings. The Private Dining Room accommodates a maximum of 14 people for dining events and up to 12 guests comfortably for private dining experiences, though slightly larger groups can be accommodated.

Studio II includes LCD projector and screen/plasma, flipcharts, and basic connectivity for laptops at no additional charge. The venue has 4 flipcharts, 4 microphones, and plasma screens available on property. Additional AV equipment can be sourced through external companies or their preferred partner Elements AV at additional cost.

All pricing includes VAT and a 13.5% service charge is mandatory on minimum spends. For Basement events serving alcohol with 70-110 guests, security is mandatory at £26.40 per hour per security personnel, with 4 personnel required for a minimum of 6 hours each. Set-up access before 18:00 incurs a £3,000 room hire supplement.

Studio II is available from 08:00-17:00 for day meetings and 18:00-23:00 for evening events like wedding receptions. The Private Dining Room offers availability at 20:00 and 20:30 for dinner service. Breakfast events in the Private Dining Room are also available with different pricing structures.

Private dining requires a credit card guarantee provided over the phone and has a 7-day cancellation policy. Studio II can be set up boardroom style for meetings or reception style for evening events. The venue mentions cabaret style setup is possible for larger groups.
