Berners Tavern offers an opportunity for a private hire for up to 140 guests. Under the Direction of Michelin stared chef Jason Atherton and our wonderful team of Sommelier's this would be a fantastic space to hold your wedding reception and Dinner. With 211 pictures and our Replica Chandelier of the New York Grand Central Station, this space creates an Enchanting atmosphere for your special event.

Wedding receptions require a £4,000 minimum food and beverage spend plus 13.5% service charge. All prices are inclusive of VAT. This minimum spend applies to Studio II which can accommodate up to 66 guests for wedding receptions.

Studio II can accommodate up to 66 guests for wedding receptions. The Private Dining Room accommodates up to 12 guests comfortably, though slightly larger gatherings can be accommodated. Berners Tavern can be privately hired for up to 140 guests.

Wedding receptions typically run from 18:00 to 23:00. The venue can accommodate events during standard business hours, with availability from 08:00 to 17:00 for daytime events.

Set menu pricing starts at £85 per person for dining events. The Private Dining Room offers a three-course set menu at £85 per person for dinner service, with guests able to select dishes on the day. Breakfast options are available at £35 per person including beverages.

The venue provides LCD projectors, screens/plasma displays, flipcharts, and microphones as part of their standard AV package. Studio II includes 65" LED plasma screens with connectors and clickers. Additional AV equipment can be sourced through their preferred partner Elements AV.

Bookings require a credit card guarantee which can be completed over the phone. The venue operates a 7-day cancellation policy. Space is not held until confirmation is received from the client.

For basement events serving alcohol, security personnel are mandatory. Events with 70-110 guests require 4 security personnel for a minimum of 6 hours each at £26.40 per hour per person. A 13.5% service charge applies to all minimum spend requirements.

Setup access can be arranged from 14:00 for events starting at 18:00, with a room hire supplement of £3,000 for early access. The venue can accommodate various setup styles including boardroom, cabaret, and standing reception formats.
