Lumiere's Studio on the lower ground floor has abundant natural light and lots of originality. The versatile venue is perfect for corporate events, company away days, creative workshops, PR and product launches, working lunches, private dining, corporate photo and video shoots, yoga, pilates classes, team building and VR experiences, hair and make-up workshops, birthday parties, anniversaries, Christmas and wedding parties, drinks and canapés receptions and speed dating.

The Studio is available individually or alongside adjacent Galeria or the Palm Room / New White Loft on the upper floors.

Two refreshment options are available: unlimited tea, coffee, apple juice, and biscuits for £10.90+VAT per person, or the same plus soft drinks for £14.90+VAT per person. Breakfast starts from £8.90+VAT per person, lunch from £19.99+VAT per person, and individual boxes/bowls from £11+VAT per person. A 10% service charge applies to all catering, and non-dairy alternatives are available.

85-inch Smart TV screens cost £275+VAT each, microphones are £45+VAT (handheld) or £90+VAT for multiple units, and stage pieces (1m x 2m) cost £125+VAT each. The venue can provide PA systems, projectors, and other AV equipment for additional charges. All equipment pricing is subject to availability and specific event requirements.

The venue is fully DDA compliant with wheelchair-friendly bathrooms, two passenger lifts, cycle storage facilities, and air conditioning. The building is a former paper production house from 1908 that has been completely refurbished with a modern reception and communal areas.

Yes, you can book multiple spaces together. The White Loft and Palm Room combination costs £3,750+VAT for up to 8 hours. The entire Underwood Lofts (including New White Loft, New Victorian Loft, and Chalet) costs £4,950+VAT for up to 8 hours. When booking multiple spaces, extra hours are charged at higher rates (£320+VAT per hour for combinations vs £160+VAT for single spaces).
