Bag searches are conducted on entry, and larger backpacks and suitcases are not allowed in the performance spaces. The venue is cashless, so guests are advised to bring a payment card or digital card. Reusable water bottles can be refilled at the bar, but glass water bottles are not accepted in the performance spaces. Snacks are available for purchase at the bar, but open/hot food or drink is not allowed in any exhibition, restaurant, or performance space. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the building, and designated smoking areas are provided. The venue has a zero-tolerance policy for disrespect and aggression.
