Rooftop Restaurant, Pergola + Terrace at The Conduit

The Conduit offers multiple spaces with varying costs. The Rooftop Pergola costs £3,000 for 18:00-22:00 hire with a minimum food and beverage spend of £4,800-£8,640 depending on guest numbers. The Forum costs £4,600 for 08:00-17:00 with a £4,950 minimum spend. Additional hours are available at £500-£2,000 per hour depending on the space. All minimum spends are subject to a 13.5% service charge.

The Rooftop Pergola accommodates up to 100 standing guests or 80 seated for dining. The Forum holds 150 theatre-style, 100 seated with reception, or 190 standing. The Nobel Rooms (Mandela, Dunant and Malala) accommodate 44 seated, 60 theatre-style, or 65 standing. Rucola and The Pergola combined can host 152 seated dining guests or 170 standing.

Events with 100 or more guests require an additional security member at £30 per hour with no specified minimum hours mentioned. All venue hire includes full staffing throughout the event as standard. The venue provides pre-event planning with their in-house team as part of the hire package.

The Forum includes 2 projectors with screens, 5 handheld microphones, and high stools for speakers. The Nobel Rooms include 2 projectors with screens, background music, and 3 handheld microphones. The Rooftop spaces include background music from curated playlists and TV screens. All AV requirements for the Rooftop must be provided via preferred suppliers at additional cost.

The venue holds dates for 5 working days as standard. They can add notes to bookings to contact you if other enquiries come in for your date. Final guest numbers are not required until 10 working days before the event, allowing flexibility to increase numbers after initial booking based on minimum spend rather than guest count.

The Conduit's food and drink philosophy is based on seasonality and sustainability, sourcing from suppliers who share their ethos of quality with responsible practices. They offer tailored menus designed by Executive Chef Arnaud Dellannay. Summer packages start from £65 per person and festive menus were £70-£90 per person in previous years, with all pricing subject to the 13.5% service charge.

Standard hire periods vary by space: The Forum operates 08:00-17:00, Rooftop Pergola 18:00-22:00 (licensed until 10pm), and Nobel Rooms 18:00-22:00. Additional hours cost £500 per hour for The Forum and £2,000 per hour for Rucola and The Pergola, subject to availability. Early access can be arranged for event setup.

The venue offers unlimited drinks packages including white, rosé and red 'Mariana' wine, Unity lager, and Franklin & Sons sodas. Summer packages include a Golden Hour spritz per guest. Two-hour unlimited packages cost £80 per person. Professional bar facilities are included in all venue hires, and bespoke drink orders can be created from their wine and drinks list.

The venue allows external DJs and entertainment, as evidenced by clients bringing their own DJs and live bands. However, all AV requirements for Rooftop spaces must be provided via their preferred suppliers. The venue has curated playlists available as standard background music and can accommodate various entertainment setups including dance floors and stages.

All venue hires include cloakroom facilities, printed menus and place cards, professional bar facilities, and full staffing throughout events. The venue provides pre-event planning with their in-house expert team. Some spaces include welcome drinks (such as bubbles), and tablescapes can be arranged upon request for certain packages.
