Located on The Conduit's first floor, The Forum is a versatile, multipurpose events space, with access to AV facilities. With its original brick wall, light-filled windows and industrial details, the space is perfect for conferences, workshops, panel discussions and meetings.




Frequently asked questions

The Forum costs £4,600 for hire between 08:00-17:00, with additional hours available at £500 per hour subject to availability. There is a mandatory minimum food and beverage spend of £4,950, with a 13.5% service charge applied to all food and beverage orders.

The Forum accommodates 150 guests in theatre style seating, 100 seated guests with pre-lunch reception, 120 seated lunch guests, and 190 standing guests. For cabaret layout, capacity can reach 85 people by adding chairs to both sides of round tables, though guests may need to turn chairs to face speakers.

The hire fee includes 2 projectors with screens, 5 handheld microphones, high stools for panel speakers, and professional bar facility. All other AV requirements must be provided via preferred suppliers at additional cost.

Security is mandatory at £30 per hour for events with 100 guests or more. This is an additional cost on top of the hire fee and minimum spend requirements.

Standard hire hours are 08:00-17:00. Additional hours outside these times are available at £500 per hour, subject to availability. Early access from 8am for setup is mentioned in quotes but specific costs are not detailed.

Dates can be provisionally held for 48 hours for initial enquiries, or up to 5 working days once serious interest is confirmed. Final guest numbers are required 10 working days ahead of the event.

Round cabaret tables are available with an additional table hire fee. The space can be configured for theatre style, cabaret, or standing reception layouts. Printed menus and place cards are included in the hire fee.

All food and beverage must be provided by The Conduit - external catering is not permitted. A 13.5% service charge is applied to the minimum spend and all food and beverage orders. The venue focuses on seasonal, sustainable ingredients from carefully chosen suppliers.

Full staffing throughout your event is included in the hire fee, along with pre-event planning with the in-house team, cloakroom facility, and background music from curated playlists. Additional security is required for events over 100 guests.

Yes, The Forum can be combined with other spaces like Dunant for breakout sessions or the Ubuntu Lounge for evening receptions. Semi-private areas in Ubuntu Lounge require an additional minimum spend of £50 per person.
