  • Flexible square layout accommodates round and trestle tables
  • TV plasma screen for presentations
  • Foyer area for pre-dinner drinks

The Gallery is our bigger meeting rooms space in the hotel and can be perfect for private dinners. This is due to it being a big square space where round and tressel tables can be placed upon request to make the dinning experience as personalised as can be.

The Gallery accommodates up to 60 guests for private dining in cabaret layout with round tables. For boardroom or U-shape layouts, the space can seat 18 guests comfortably, with the possibility of adding 2 more (though this may feel tight). The space can also be set up with one long table for up to 20 guests, though anything over the standard capacity may feel cramped.

Minimum spend requirements vary by event size and date, ranging from £2,250-£8,000 plus VAT. A 50% deposit is required to secure the space, with final event details needed 10 days before the event. The venue operates on a 'Joint First Option' hold system until confirmation.

Private dining events typically run from 19:00-22:00 for dinner service, though extended hours until 23:00 are available. The venue can accommodate lunch events and flexible timing based on availability. Setup and breakdown times should be discussed when booking as they may affect overall venue hire duration.

All dining packages include room hire, professional staff service, cloakroom facilities, complimentary use of plasma screen, and WiFi. The space has a foyer area and storage facilities. The venue can arrange simple, stylish decoration and works with external florists and entertainment providers if required.

The venue does not host 18th birthday parties and has declined certain events due to budget constraints or suitability. They appear to focus on corporate events, private dining, and adult celebrations. The venue maintains standards for upmarket, professional events rather than casual or youth-oriented parties.

Corkage charges are £30 per bottle for bringing your own wine. The venue offers cash bar services where guests pay for additional drinks beyond the package allowance. Standard packages include house wine, but premium wine upgrades are available in higher-tier packages.

The venue operates on a 'Joint First Option' hold system and will release spaces if no response is received within their timeframe. Specific cancellation terms aren't detailed in the available information, but the venue requires 50% deposit to secure bookings and appears to have standard commercial cancellation policies that should be confirmed at booking.
