The Max Rayne Auditorium has 146 seats in theatre style layout with comfortable green leather seats set at a gentle incline for maximum visibility. The space is specifically designed for screenings and cinematic viewings with state-of-the-art audio visual capabilities.

The auditorium includes a projector for presentations, 2 handheld microphones, 2 lapel microphones, and a lectern as standard. A dedicated AV technician booth is located in the back corner with a technician providing exceptional technical support throughout your event.

The Max Rayne Auditorium costs £3,190 for a full day hire or £2,900 for a half day (up to 4 hours). All prices are subject to VAT and the complimentary Max Rayne Atrium catering space is included with auditorium bookings.

There is a minimum of 90 people for catering orders. Standard catering options include tea/coffee with biscuits at £4.30 per person, tea/coffee with biscuits and fruit at £5.00 per person, or tea/coffee with Danish pastries and fruit salad at £6.00 per person, all per serving.

The venue has availability from 6:30pm to 10pm for evening events, with service ending at 10pm to allow guests to wind down for departure. The venue is closed on certain dates and operates outside of midnight hours.

No, external food or drink is not allowed into the venue. All catering must be provided by the venue's in-house kitchen and catering teams.

All quotes are valid for 5 days from issue. The venue does not automatically hold space when providing quotes - you must specifically request a temporary hold if you want the space reserved while you make your decision.

Beyond the included equipment, additional services include hybrid packages for live streaming and recording, PA system with 2 handheld microphones for £250, AV technician for full event support at £950, 65-inch relay screen for £150, and hybrid packages starting at £1,000. A full AV rate card is available for comprehensive equipment options.

The Max Rayne Auditorium is specifically equipped for screenings and cinematic viewings with state-of-the-art audio visual capabilities. The venue may decline certain event types that are not suitable for the space, and weekend hires require a minimum booking of £3,000 plus VAT.

The Max Rayne Atrium is provided complimentary with auditorium hire for catering and networking. Additional spaces like the Max Rayne Foyer and ENT Room are also available, though access may be restricted until 6pm if other events are using the catering areas earlier in the day.
