Studio II offers two main pricing structures: Daily Delegate Rate (DDR) at £150 per person including room hire, all-day catering (arrival tea/coffee, AM/PM breaks, working lunch), AV equipment (LCD projector, screen, flipchart), and service/VAT. Alternatively, minimum spend pricing starts at £1,750 for smaller groups, £4,000 for full-day hire, or up to £9,000 for evening events, with 13.5% service charge added to all minimum spends.

Studio II accommodates up to 66 guests for evening receptions and wedding events. For business meetings, it handles 18-20 people in boardroom style, with cabaret style also available for larger groups. The space includes access to a terrace and can be configured for various layouts including theatre, U-shape, and cabaret arrangements.

Standard AV includes 65" LED plasma screens with connectors and clickers, flipcharts, and microphones at no additional charge. A Nespresso machine and tea station are optional extras. For events requiring extended setup time (like 14:00-18:00 setup for evening events), there's a £3,000 room hire supplement plus VAT.

Security is mandatory for basement events serving alcohol, with costs of £26.40-£31.68 per hour per security personnel. For 70-110 guests, 4 security personnel are required for minimum 6 hours each (event duration plus 1 hour). This adds approximately £760-£900 to your total event cost depending on duration.

Set menu dining starts at £85 per person for private dining experiences. The Private Dining Room (maximum 14 people) has a £750 minimum spend, while breakfast events have a £700 minimum with £35 per person set menus. All catering includes a 13.5% service charge, and guests select dishes on the day of the event.

Events typically run from 08:00-17:00 for business meetings, with evening events possible until 23:00. The venue offers 1st option holds (temporary reservations) but does not hold space without confirmation. For private dining, a 7-day cancellation policy applies with credit card guarantee required over the phone.

Yes, the Private Dining Room accommodates up to 12-14 guests comfortably for intimate meetings or dining. Studio I is also available for smaller groups. If your group exceeds Studio II's capacity or budget, the venue may suggest alternative venues rather than trying to accommodate unsuitable requests.

Initial proposals are sent via interactive e-proposals through Marriott's booking system. Credit card guarantees are required for private dining bookings, processed over the phone. The venue operates Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm for reservations at +44 20 7908 7979, and you can earn Marriott Bonvoy points through bookings.

The venue is selective about bookings and will decline if requirements don't align with their capabilities. For example, they won't accommodate 18 people in Studio II for £750 total, but might offer the Private Dining Room for 14 people at that price point. If no suitable alternative exists, they'll suggest finding alternative venues.

Private dining requires 7-day cancellation notice with credit card guarantee. For accommodation blocks, cancellation charges range from 50% (366+ days) to 100% (0-3 working days), with 10% reduction allowed up to 40 days before arrival. All contracted rooms make the group financially liable regardless of individual payments.
