New for 2023, The Tobacco Stores represent the epitome of innovation. Recently converted into two areas, the 1858sqm space is intertwined with exposed brickwork, floor-to-ceiling windows, original archways and ancient steel columns.

It's two adjoining spaces can be cordoned off to differentiate activity and consists of a fully-integrated kitchen and extensive PA system including 20 giant projector screen. It's vast size allows for a myriad of uses across day and night from team building, to private functions, to contemporary product launches.




Frequently asked questions

Private event spaces require a minimum of 80 guests. If you have fewer than 80 guests, you may be interested in their shared party option instead.

Yes, you must use their in-house caterers for all events. External catering is not permitted at the venue.

Christmas party packages start at £95+VAT per person for street food menu (minimum 90 guests) or £100+VAT per person for 3-course menu (minimum 90 guests). Packages include welcome drink, private room and décor, DJ, and meal of your choice.

The Cotton Sheds costs £10,000+VAT plus mandatory security and can seat 1,000 in theatre style. There is staging, house lighting rig and house audio in situ which can be made available, with additional production needing to be brought in separately.

The Basement venue hire is £5,500+VAT, which includes access to both Archives 2 (main space) and Cellars 2 (for catering and additional breakout). Day catering packages are available at £38.50+VAT per person for 3 tea/coffee breaks plus lunch.

Security is mandatory for ticketed events and events with celebrities or notable talent that may draw attention from the general public. Security costs are quoted separately and must be confirmed before contract signing.

During the Christmas period, there will be Christmas decorations throughout the venue that cannot be removed. This should be factored into your event planning if you're booking during this time.

The venue can accommodate a maximum of 1,000 guests in theatre style seating. Events requiring more than 1,000 guests cannot be accommodated at Victoria Warehouse.

Victoria Warehouse does not host all event styles and will decline bookings that don't align with their venue capabilities. They require event briefs to be submitted for review to ensure suitability before confirming availability.

Venue hire varies significantly by space and event type: £3,000+VAT for smaller events in The Bays, £5,500+VAT for The Basement spaces, £10,000+VAT for The Cotton Sheds, and up to £15,000+VAT for larger concert-style events, all plus mandatory security where applicable.
