The Lower Link makes an excellent guest registration/cloakroom space, as well as a breakout area. This space links both the Combustion and Generating Chambers and boasting three large sets of double doors that lead out on to the Courtyard it has plenty of natural light.

Retaining the features and character of an imposing industrial space, the building began life as a Victorian Power Station in 1896. Located in the heart of Shoreditch & a few minutes walk away from Old Street tube station, these multi-functional spaces are suitable for all types of productions & events. Bigger corporate hires are most welcome!
We are an unusual venue in that the building is also home to the National Centre for Circus Arts - a charity dedicated to supporting circus arts education & development. All revenue from commercial venue hire goes directly to the running of the centre.
