The new and recently developed basement space had been transformed into 'The Archives' and 'The Cellars', now providing four extra sections of creative and flexible space for both intimate or large scale events.




Frequently asked questions

Private event spaces require a minimum of 80 guests. If you have fewer than 80 guests, you may be interested in their shared party option instead.

Yes, you must use their in-house caterers for all events. You cannot bring in external catering providers or arrange your own food service.

The Bays costs £3,000 + VAT plus mandatory security for events with 150 guests. The Cotton Sheds costs £10,000 + VAT plus security and can accommodate up to 1,000 guests in theatre style seating. The Basement spaces cost £5,500 + VAT for conferences and corporate events.

Christmas party packages start at £95 + VAT per person for street food menu or £100 + VAT per person for 3-course menu, both with a minimum of 90 guests. Packages include welcome drink, private room with Christmas décor, DJ, and your choice of meal. Christmas decorations will be throughout the venue during the Christmas period.

Security is mandatory for all ticketed events, including those with celebrities or notable talent that may draw public attention. The venue will provide a security quote based on your specific event requirements, and this cost is additional to the venue hire fee.

The Cotton Sheds includes staging, house lighting rig, and house audio system. If you want to remove their house equipment and use your own design, there will be an additional fee on top of venue hire. Technical specifications and equipment details are available in their tech pack.

The maximum capacity is 1,000 guests in theatre style seating in the Cotton Sheds. Events requiring more than 1,000 attendees cannot be accommodated at the venue.

Day catering packages cost £38.50 + VAT per person and include 3 tea and coffee breaks plus lunch. For dinner events, welcome drinks cost £6.25 + VAT per person and 3-course dining costs £45 + VAT per person.

Yes, Victoria Warehouse does not host certain styles of events, though specific restrictions are not detailed. They evaluate each event brief to determine suitability and may decline events that don't fit their venue profile.
