The Cotton Sheds costs £10,000 + VAT plus mandatory security and can seat 1,000 theatre style. The Basement spaces (Archives 2 and Cellars 2) cost £5,500 + VAT for venue hire. Christmas party packages start at £95 + VAT per person for street food menu or £100 + VAT per person for 3-course menu, both with 90 guest minimums.

Security is mandatory for all ticketed events at Victoria Warehouse. The venue will provide a security quote based on your specific event requirements, and this cost is in addition to the venue hire fee.

Day catering packages cost £38.50 + VAT per person and include 3 tea/coffee breaks plus lunch. Christmas party packages include welcome drink, private room with décor, DJ, and meal choice starting at £95 + VAT per person for street food or £100 + VAT per person for 3-course dining.

The Cotton Sheds includes staging, house lighting rig, and house audio system in the hire price. If you want to remove their house equipment and use your own design, there will be an additional fee on top of the venue hire.

The Cotton Sheds can accommodate 1,000 guests in theatre style seating. The venue's maximum capacity across all spaces is 1,000 guests - events requiring more than this cannot be accommodated.
