Studio II operates on a Daily Delegate Rate of £150 per person (includes room hire, catering, AV equipment, and service charge + VAT) or a minimum spend basis starting at £1,750 for smaller groups. The Private Dining Room has a minimum spend of £750 for up to 14 people, £2,500 for dinner events, or £700 for breakfast events. Wedding receptions in Studio II require a £4,000 minimum food and beverage spend plus 13.5% service charge.

Studio II can accommodate up to 66 guests for wedding receptions and various meeting configurations. The Private Dining Room has a maximum capacity of 14 people for the £750 rate, though it can accommodate slightly larger groups at higher rates. Studio I is also available for meetings and can handle cabaret-style setups for corporate events.

Set menu dining starts at £85 per person, with breakfast menus at £35 per person and dinner menus at £85 per person. Events typically run from 08:00-17:00 for full-day meetings, with evening events from 18:00-23:00. Wedding receptions can run until 23:00. Early setup access from 14:00-18:00 incurs a room hire supplement of £3,000. The venue operates Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm for reservations and inquiries.

Security personnel are mandatory for Basement events serving alcohol, with costs of £26.40 per hour per security officer. For 70-110 guests, 4 security personnel are required for a minimum of 6 hours each. Security must be present for the event duration plus 1 hour for guest escort and early arrival preparation.

Credit card guarantee is required to secure bookings, which can be completed over the phone. A 7-day cancellation policy applies to Private Dining Room bookings.
