Private dining is available in the Beatrice Webb Room for up to 100 guests seated. The room is a perfect setting for a private dinner in the former home of the longest serving Prime Minister, William Gladstone. The room is delicately decorated with light colours and large windows which flood the room with natural light, whilst also offering views overlooking St James's Park and The Mall.

In addition to hiring the Beatrice Webb Room, you will also receive complimentary access to the Gallery space and the Music Room which are perfect spaces for a pre dinner drinks reception or networking.

The Beatrice Webb Room for private dining costs £2,950 VAT exempt for evening hire from 6pm until 10pm, with access from 5:15pm. Additional hours after 10pm cost £500 VAT exempt per hour. The hire includes complimentary access to the Gallery and Music Room for pre-dinner drinks reception.

The Beatrice Webb Room can accommodate up to 100 guests for seated dining. This is the maximum seated capacity for ceremony and dinner at the venue.

There is a minimum evening catering spend of £1,000 + VAT. A 3-course dinner costs £66.50 + VAT per person, with wine packages starting at £17.00 + VAT per person for half bottle of house wine and unlimited mineral water, or £27.00 + VAT per person for two glasses of prosecco on arrival plus wine and water.

The venue has a detailed list of Approved Suppliers for Audio Visual, Production, and Floristry, plus Recommended suppliers. Use of third-party suppliers outside of this approved list must be agreed in writing by the venue before booking.

Upon receipt of the signed hire agreement, the venue will send a 50% deposit invoice. You must wait to receive this invoice before making payment as you'll need to quote the invoice number. The remaining balance is due closer to the event date.

Yes, there is a late catering fee of £300 + VAT per hour for service after 11pm. A manned cloakroom is available at an additional cost (price on request), while an unmanned cloakroom with coat rails is complimentary.

To draw up a contract, the venue requires: full name of signatory, organisation name, signatory email and telephone number, signatory address, finance contact details if different, and a PO number if required for invoice processing. This information must be provided before the deposit invoice is generated.

Additional options include 3 pre-dinner canapes for £17.50 + VAT per person, welcome glass of prosecco for £8.00 + VAT per person (upgrade to champagne for £12.00 + VAT), and the option to add an extra dish choice for each course at £20.50 + VAT per person. Service charge is complimentary.
