The Telford Theatre includes a technician, 10m x 3m projection screen, PA system, digital sound desk, hearing loop, two handheld and one lapel microphone, recording facility, and comfort monitors. For other rooms, basic equipment like LCD projector costs £135, projection screen £25, and additional microphones £75 each. A technician for up to 10 hours costs £500.

Show-round appointments are available Monday-Friday 9:30am-5:00pm and must be scheduled in advance - same-day requests are typically declined. The building is currently under refurbishment, so site visits are limited. The venue requires advance booking for all show-rounds and cannot accommodate walk-in viewings.

Day delegate packages at £96 per person include arrival refreshments, mid-morning break, 2-course lunch, and afternoon refreshments. The venue prohibits naked flames and smoke for all events. Entertainment suppliers can be recommended by the venue team, and they work with a range of approved entertainment providers. All external suppliers and entertainment must be discussed and approved in advance with the events team.

Events can be provisionally held while clients make decisions, with some rooms available on waitlist basis when held by other clients. The venue requires confirmation of event details including timings and attendee numbers before finalizing quotes.
