Made up of two adjoining areas totalling over 700 sqm. The Bays are our most popular event space. Built in 1932 for cotton stock, and later storage for Kellogg's, McVitie's and Cadburys, their rich history and interesting architecture make them ideal for corporate and showcase events.

A large pre-function space with a feature bar leads into the main room, which is complete with a full AV package. This includes screens and projectors, colour-changing down lighters on the pillars, a PA system, staging, lecterns, mics and relay screes, giving you a hassle-free event solution.




Frequently asked questions

Private event spaces require a minimum of 80 guests. If you have fewer than 80 guests, you may be interested in their shared party option instead.

Yes, you must use their in-house caterers for all events. You need to send over your event brief for them to check and ensure the venue will be suitable for your specific requirements.

The Bays space costs £3,000 + VAT plus mandatory security for events with 150 guests. The Cotton Sheds costs £10,000 + VAT plus security and can accommodate up to 1,000 guests in theatre style seating. The Basement spaces cost £5,500 + VAT.

Security is mandatory for ticketed events and events with celebrities or notable talent that may draw public attention. The venue will provide a security quote once your event details are confirmed, and you need to confirm by the day before to receive the quote and signed contract by Monday.

The Cotton Sheds includes staging, house lighting rig, and house audio system which can be made available. If you want to remove their house kit and use your own design, there will be an additional fee on top of venue hire. Tech packs are available upon request.

Christmas party packages include welcome drink, private room and décor, DJ, and meal choice of either street food menu at £95 + VAT per person or 3-course menu at £100 + VAT per person, both requiring minimum 90 guests. Day catering packages cost £38.50 + VAT per person and include 3 tea/coffee breaks plus lunch.

During the Christmas period, there will be Christmas decorations throughout the venue that cannot be removed. This should be factored into your event planning if you're booking during this time.

The Cotton Sheds can seat 1,000 guests in theatre style. The venue's maximum capacity appears to be 1,000 guests total, as they have declined events requiring more than this number.

Victoria Warehouse does not host certain styles of events, though specific restrictions aren't detailed. They also refer concert and music events to their O2 team rather than handling them through corporate sales.

For events requiring security, you need to confirm by the day before they can provide a security quote and get a signed contract by Monday. The venue requires event briefs to be submitted for review to ensure suitability before confirming availability.
