The Kahn is ideal for private screenings, meetings, workshops and seminars for small to medium sized groups. It is a modern and recently refurbished space with natural daylight. It is fully accessible and right next to our Fox Garden Court - a great space for you to take a break and have some freshly prepared food to keep you going.

The Dorfman Room costs £1,400 plus VAT per day, £1,000 plus VAT per half day, or £1,250 plus VAT per evening. This includes furniture, Wi-Fi access, technical support, built-in PA system linked to CD or iPod, drop-down screen and built-in projector connected to computer and memory stick. A private catering area is also available.

The Dorfman Room accommodates 64 people in cabaret style and 100 people in theatre style. For events requiring more than 64 people in cabaret style, you would need to use theatre-style seating instead.

The Mezzanine Level costs £2,100 plus VAT per day and encompasses the Dorfman Room (main conference space), Mezzanine Wood (featuring a stylish bar), Falk Room (break out space), and Pina Bausch Room (break out space, catering room or cloakroom). The total floor area is 241.32m2 and can be configured as one open space or divided into separate meeting rooms using acoustic walls.

Standard hire includes built-in PA system, drop-down screen, built-in projector, and technical support from 09:00-17:00. Additional free equipment includes lectern, 2 wired microphones, and cloakroom facilities. Portable plasma screens are available if you require multiple screens, and other AV equipment is available on request.

Sadler's Wells provides in-house catering ranging from breakfasts and sandwiches to hot fork buffets and canapés. They offer seasonal menus with options for dietary requirements including halal, vegetarian, and gluten-free. External catering is not permitted - all catering must be provided by the venue's in-house team.

Payment terms require a non-refundable 50% deposit on signing the contract and the remaining 50% two months prior to the event. A deposit on services and hired equipment is invoiced together with the venue hire fee. The venue can pencil in dates while details are being finalized.

You can bring props and equipment into the space, but this needs to be confirmed during the booking process. The venue asks specifically about any props or equipment you plan to bring to ensure the space is suitable for your needs and to arrange appropriate setup.

Standard booking hours are 09:00-17:00 for day hire, with technical support included during these hours. Technical staffing rates are charged at single time Monday-Friday, time and a half on Saturdays, and double time on Sundays. Any additional staffing requirements outside standard hours will be recharged and invoiced.

Availability can be limited, particularly during busy seasons (September-December). The venue frequently has no availability for requested dates and asks clients to be flexible with timing. It's advisable to book well in advance and have alternative dates available.

For external enquiries, the venue requires artistic presentations or video/photo material to be sent to Senior Management for approval. This is standard procedure for all external corporate bookings and events.
