The spectacular, neo-classical buildings offers 12 blank canvas, versatile event spaces, including indoor and outdoor spaces suitable for staging events of all styles and sizes 0 randing in capacity from 10 to 1,500. The Seamen's Hall is a beautiful space, with access to a part of the River Terrace which makes it ideal for corporate events. With grand, elegant windows and views onto the river and the courtyard, it is a unique and special place to make your wedding day one to remember. The Seamen's Hall is open to the public during the day, and is available from 6pm.
The Hall is located in the lower ground floor of Japan House. This space has been designed to high standards in order to be a multi purpose space for events. The black tiered seating is optional as it can be retracted and stored, enhancing this room's prefect white canvas features. This space is ideal for dinners, drinks reception and awards ceremonies.
Bethnal Hall can be adapted to fit virtually any specifications you may have in mind for a beautifully executed event, such as a gala Christmas gathering, a fun birthday celebration, or a productive corporate event. The large space offers 190 square metres of space, plenty of room for up to 200 guests or delegates. The walls very discreetly recess into the ceiling to divide the room into four smaller areas. The original 1930s decor, gleaming wooden flooring, and warm lighting will make you and your guests feel comfortable and welcome.
The Player's Tunnel and Pitch-Side are the perfect spaces to impress your guests and give them a little glimpse into the Home of England Rugby. Any sports fan will remember this venue for years to come. Pitch-side BBQ's make for an ideal summer party with access to the prestigious Royal Box and England Changing Rooms. Pre-dinner drinks receptions are also perfectly suited to the Player's Tunnel and pitch-side, before heading to one of the larger rooms in the West Stand for a seated dinner. This space has a capacity of 500 people for a buffet and 800 for a reception.
Located on the River Thames and offering stunning views of the City, the River Room with its five floor to ceiling glazed arches is a beautiful setting for your dinner or reception. The River Room can accommodate up to 100 guests for a seated luncheon or dinner and up to 200 guests for a canapé reception. A very versatile and flexible space, the River Room is used for conferences, seminars, exhibitions, product launches, filming, photo shoots, AGM's, presentations, auctions, networking events, press conferences, receptions and dining. The multi awarding venue boasts an impressive list of clients. Events range anywhere between exams to experiential cinema. In particular the east London space is well suited to large meetings, award shows, corporate receptions & parties. Clients have full use of all other areas, including the foyer for registration, the White room for a breakout space and 9 backstage rooms. Troxy offers a flexible approach to clients in both catering and AV arrangements. All professional caterers and production companies are permitted, as well as existing extensive in-house AV facilities & tech team.
With stunning views of St. Paul's Cathedral, wooden floors and large French windows that open onto a private balcony, the Balcony Room is an elegant and bright space to celebrate your wedding. Fully licensed for weddings, your ceremony can take place with either the Thames or the Globe as your backdrop. The space will then be reset for your wedding breakfast and the evening party. Perfect for intimate celebrations, up to 70 guests can attend the ceremony and wedding breakfast, and up to 120 guests can attend the evening celebration.
