Versatile suite in a central hotel with AV, suitable for meetings or social events up to 50 people.

Our Lombard Suite is as suitable to corporate meetings as it is suited to social events. We can accommodate up to  26 boardroom, 50 theatre, 20 U-shape and 27 cabaret. We will supply your meeting with a tea and coffee station in the room or in our beautiful parisian courtyard, along with pads / pens and AV.

A unique, bright, centrally located space ideal for meetings, conferences, presentations and team building events. We provide a full PA and AV equipment with an on site technician to support. A range of catering packages available from brunch, lunch, buffets, to welcome drinks and hot beverages too.  A risen stage makes it ideal for presentations, showcases and training and our floor to ceiling glass wall provides ample natural light.

Hiring the Event Suite gives you your own dedicated entrance plus a reception area to meet and greet your guests. You can use our partition walls to divide the space into one, two or thee areas. 

We offer inbuilt AV and projectors in two of the spaces. Complimentary WiFi for you and your guests comes as standard. If you need something more complex, we've got great specialist suppliers on hand that can bring in additional equipment if you require. 

This space is perfect for a small business meeting or Lunch.
