The Events Suite features a range of integrated audio visual solutions, including 2 data projectors with screen and a sound system with a range of microphone options. Creating the right mood is easy with our atmospheric lighting system-featuring pin spots, down lighters and LED's which can change colour to suit your event.
The space is based on the 2 floor of the museum and has a private terrace that overlooks the Bristol Harbour side. The suite can be used as one large spacious room or divided into three different areas.

As one of the biggest venues in West of England, the Showering Pavilion has 30,000 square feet of pillar-free space over 2 levels and can house up to 5,500 people. Six stairways lead to an impressive 1,000-square-feet balcony, as well as The Bar & Restaurant, which can host up to 400 people. The ground floor is occupied by 10 glass-fronted rooms, which can serve as space for organisers or breakout areas.
