New for 2023, The Tobacco Stores represent the epitome of innovation. Recently converted into two areas, the 1858sqm space is intertwined with exposed brickwork, floor-to-ceiling windows, original archways and ancient steel columns. 

It's two adjoining spaces can be cordoned off to differentiate activity and consists of a fully-integrated kitchen and extensive PA system including 20 giant projector screen. It's vast size allows for a myriad of uses across day and night from team building, to private functions, to contemporary product launches.

A versatile ground floor suite in a luxury Manchester hotel, suitable for large events with natural light and disabled access.

The Alexandra Suite is situated on the ground floor and is a very versatile space which will hold up to 300/400 cabaret style and 500/600 theatre style. 

It benefits from natural light, air conditioning and disabled access and also has three phase power. 

There are a number of ceiling rigging points and the room also comes with 10 pieces of staging, each piece measuring 8ft x 4ft.
