Draped head to toes in industrialist aesthetic, the Cotton Sheds regularly host enthralling shows and conferences with as many as eight separate areas and room for up to 5,000 people. Built in 1925 as a cotton warehouse. The Cotton Sheds cover an incredible 4,533 sqm making them our largest and most dramatic event space. Each 'Shed' varies in size and layout, labelled alphabetically with areas that include a bar/reception and a VIP Mezzanine.

The Sheridan Suite provides a blank canvas of 2300sqm, which has a flexible capacity allowing for optimum creativity for a range of party sizes. We have our very own in-house catering team who have thoughtfully crafted menus using the very best authentically sourced ingredients. We pride ourselves on our knowledge and creativity, specialising in bespoke dining experiences for all occasions.

With its magnificent front facade, beautiful ornate glass ceiling, and stunning tiled walls, the Engine Room is a masterpiece of Edwardian architecture. It was lovingly restored in 2010, and now serves as a highly flexible and distinctive event and exhibition space. There is a vast amount of natural light and space. The mezzanine bar at Gorilla hosts our Gin Parlour. With plush comfy booths overlooking the main bar, the Gin Parlour has a dedicated bar which is stocked with the best gins from around the world: small batch, hand crafted distillations including our house produced buttered gin (a syrupy tipple with a toffee taste). These are complimented by homemade tonic syrups and fresh fruits, for some pretty special G&Ts.The Gin Parlour is available for group bookings, table reservations and exclusive hire.
