Modern auditorium in a leading design museum, ideal for corporate events with state-of-the-art AV.

The Bakala Auditorium seats 202 guests on fixed, raked seating. It features state-of-the-art AV equipment including: 
- Mirage HD10K-M 3D DLP projector 
- 4.5m x 2.5m projection screen (16:9) 
- 5.1 surround sound PA system with ceiling speakers 
- integrated lectern 
- wired and wireless microphones 
- HD Camera to relay to green room 


Please note that the hire of the Bakala Auditorium does not include AV support. An AV support technician must be booked with one of our accredited production suppliers, who are also able to provide further AV equipment for the Auditorium.

Design Museum

A versatile suite with pitch views at Chelsea FC, ideal for large conferences and meetings.

The Canoville Suite is an excellent option for conferences and meetings with breathtaking views overlooking the pitch. The Canoville Suite can accommodate up to 250 delegates in a cabaret layout and 400 delegates in a theatre style layout.

The space also features direct access into the stands allowing guests to enjoy some fresh air during their breaks.

Our catering partners levy are onsite and can offer an excellent range of catering options to suit your event. Whether its a grab-and-go style lunch or a street food concept we will ensure your delegates are fed and watered throughout.

The Grand Syon Ballroom has an abundance of natural daylight with floor to ceiling windows, fabulous high ceilings and beautiful crystal chandeliers. It can comfortably host up to 400 guests at a seated event or up to 700 guests at a reception event. Only 20 minutes from Heathrow Airport and Central London, as well as adjacent to Chiswick Business Park. Chiswick Ballroom is a fabulous flexible room, which can be adapted for a wide range of uses, such as meetings, conferences, syndicates, presentations, training courses, kickoff meetings, team building, private dining, award ceremonies and many more. The room is flooded with natural daylight and equipped with screen projectors, free WiFi as well as light, sound and climate control.
