The Waterfront is a flexible space for weddings and events, which can host weddings from a minimum of 80 guests up to 500. The venue also has a quality Holiday Inn hotel in the same building with accommodation for 133 rooms.

Our venue is suitable all types of weddings, including Asian and British. With our 10 Partner Caterers we can ensure the wedding is actually as you wish.

The Waterfront Suite

The Waterfront at Brentford Lock

A versatile pillar-free event space with garden access, ideal for large receptions and exhibitions.

The Balmoral suite offers 368 square metres of pillar free events space, with flexible mood lighting, built in AV, built in bar, it's own foyer and the flexibility to section into 3 individual breakout spaces. Balmoral 3 also provides direct access to our private garden which can be used for networking events, pre-dinner drinks, lunches. 
The Balmoral suite can accommodate a maximum of 450 guests for a networking reception, or can be used to host a large exhibition in 2 sections, while the 3rd section can be used for workshops or meetings in conjunction with the exhibition.

The Grand Syon Ballroom has an abundance of natural daylight with floor to ceiling windows, fabulous high ceilings and beautiful crystal chandeliers. It can comfortably host up to 400 guests at a seated event or up to 700 guests at a reception event. It can be sectioned into three separate areas for more flexibility for your meetings, either if we are hosting an intimate business meeting or a grand presentation.

Our Chiswick Ballroom is the perfect venue for your event, whether you are looking for a celebration of 30 or 330 guests. The room is flooded with natural daylight and has its own built-in dance floor and bar. 
Depending on the size of your event, the Ballroom can be split into two rooms, Chiswick South and Chiswick North. Either room or entire Ballroom can be used for what best suits your needs, whether it's a drinks reception, banquet, Christmas party, dinner dances, charity event, and many more. Our dedicated Events Team will make your event or celebration special.

The Canoville Suite features stunning views of the pitch making it the perfect location for a banqueting event such as a gala dinner or charity fundraiser. The Canoville Suite can accommodate up to 320 guests in a banqueting layout.

There is also direct access to the outdoor terraces giving guests the chance to enjoy breathtaking views of the pitch from the stands.

Chelsea Football Club

A versatile, iconic atrium with a dramatic roof. Ideal for events, launches, and fashion shows.

The Atrium is the heart of the Design Museum, offering a dramatic, triple height space that is perfect for hosting a variety of events. With stunning views of the iconic hyperbolic paraboloid roof, it is an ideal venue for receptions, dinners, awards ceremonies, and brand activations. The Atrium is available for morning and evening hire, as well as a limited number of exclusive daytime hires throughout the year. It can accommodate up to 150 guests seated for dinner using round tables, 300 seated for dinner using long tables, and 270 standing on the ground floor, with a total capacity of 800 including the above levels. Additionally, there is an option to combine the Atrium with the Bakala Auditorium for awards ceremonies and conferences, and to include a private view of one of the Design Museum’s acclaimed exhibitions.
