The Canoville Suite features stunning views of the pitch making it the perfect location for a banqueting event such as a gala dinner or charity fundraiser. The Canoville Suite can accommodate up to 320 guests in a banqueting layout.

There is also direct access to the outdoor terraces giving guests the chance to enjoy breathtaking views of the pitch from the stands.

Our catering partners are on-site with an excellent range of 3-course dining options and can cater to specific dietary needs.




Frequently asked questions

The Great Hall has a minimum charge of £50,000 plus VAT, which is the venue's largest suite. This minimum applies regardless of your actual guest count or requirements. The venue will not accommodate bookings below this threshold.

The Great Hall costs £8,000 plus VAT per day (weekend rates shown). The Canoville Suite is £3,000-£5,000 plus VAT (discounted rates available). Mandatory carpet and draping for The Great Hall adds £12,500 plus VAT to your total cost.

The dinner package is £140 plus VAT per person and includes carpet & drape for the full room, glass of sparkling wine on arrival, three-course dinner from the classic menu, half bottle of house wine per person, mineral water, cloakroom, and event security. Room hire is included in this package rate.

You must budget for a set-up fee of £4,000 plus VAT for The Great Hall, account bar setup and running fee of £800 plus VAT, and AV packages starting from £9,100 plus VAT. These are separate from room hire and catering costs.

Events will be cancelled if Chelsea FC has a fixture scheduled on your date, including both men's and women's games. The venue checks fixture schedules and will inform you if conflicts arise, but you should expect potential cancellations during football season.

The Great Hall accommodates up to 1,000 guests standing reception only - no other setups work for this capacity. The Canoville Suite holds up to 320 guests for banqueting, up to 500 standing reception, or up to 550 standing in Under the Bridge for after-parties.

Drinks packages include 1-hour unlimited sparkling wine at £22 plus VAT per person, 1-hour unlimited beer & wine at £25 plus VAT per person, 2-hour unlimited beer & wine at £35 plus VAT per person, and 3-hour unlimited beer & wine at £45 plus VAT per person. Under the Bridge requires a minimum spend of £800 on the cash bar.

Based on typical event schedules, venues are accessible from 7:00 AM for setup, with vendor setup beginning at 8:30 AM. Events typically conclude by 5:00 PM with all guests out by 5:30 PM and staff cleared by 7:00 PM, though evening events can run until 1:00 AM with late license.

Weekend rates apply for Saturday and Sunday events. The venue shows preference for Tuesday-Thursday bookings for corporate events. Availability is heavily dependent on Chelsea FC's fixture schedule, and you may need flexibility around dates.

On-site catering partners provide three-course dining options from classic menus and can accommodate specific dietary needs. Food can be available on request with guests paying individually, or you can arrange set menus promoted beforehand. Buffet-style options are also available.
