The Larches Community Hall is located very close to Edgware tube station and is available for hire for one-off and repeat bookings 7 days a week 6am-2am. It is an excellent space for meetings, functions, conferences, presentations, training, exercise classes and parties. Not suitable for teenage parties.
See VenueA large but cosy venue, the Community Space is a fully heated, very flexible area. Tables and chairs can be provided if required. Hire includes full access to the large adjacent kitchen and toilets.
See VenueThe Dickens Room is a large air-conditioned room on the Lower Ground Floor, with a hatch into a shared kitchen. The Dickens Room is great for exercise classes and other 'noisy' activities. It contains a piano for musical events or accompaniment. This room can be booked together with the Crisp Room, and the two opened up into one large space if required.
See VenueSuitable for evening events, studio work or large meetings. Not being used most weekends and some weekdays. The space is gated, with a small garden space outside with some spaces to sit. Please note you can only use our garden bit, not the communal lawn. A spacious studio with tables and chairs or this can be moved to the side. Small kitchen, with a small two plate cooker, no large oven/microwave. Small fridge available. We have a kettle, some crockery and mugs. Toilet is also situated in the studio. Please note there will be added a VAT charge of 20% to your invoice.

See VenueLocated in the Rose Lipman Building, a well-known community art space in the 1960s, that later became a library and community centre, the Community Hall is now a part of the Mill Co Project, and is available for hire for a variety of purposes, including as a rehearsal space. This large, open space, with a stage and plenty of room for an audience, can be hired at a low rate in exchange for working with fellow community members. The Hall has plenty of natural lighting, storage space, projectors, a PA system, and professional stage lighting.
