It is located on the ground floor close to the auditoriums, making it fully accessible to wheelchair users. The Cavendish Room can host up to 200 people in a range of styles and formations, making it perfect for corporate dinners, buffets,  and banquets. It is also used as a separate catering area if you're having a conference in one of the lecture theatres. This room has beautifully slanted windows lined along the back wall to allow natural daylight to floor the space.

Whether you prefer to be seated or standing, the Beatrice Webb Room boasts capacities of 100 for a wedding breakfast and 150 guests standing. With the light colour of the room, you can decorate as you please to make the room suitable for your perfect day.

Whenever the Beatrice Webb Room is hired, you immediately receive the Gallery space for drinks.

Burlock as a venue is a very versatile space, we can hold up to 150 guests at one time, but if your party isn't as large as that, we also have smaller spaces available for hire. 

We have an in house veranda and additional tables for bookings of up to 70 guests. 

A sipping salon, which is a cosy and intimate area for parties of 10 - 20 guests. 

And we have smaller tables if you're coming for a few drinks after work, or date night! 

On weekends we turn into a lively party bar with a DJ from 9pm and a late night licence till 3am!
