The venue is located in a stunning riverside location just minutes from the city centre, providing a unique and practical space for events of all shapes and sizes. The SEC Centre is a world-class conference venue with a dedicated train station on site, only 2 stops from the city centre, and Glasgow International Airport is only a 15-minute drive away. Climb can accommodate up to 260 guests in theatre, 120 guests cabaret style and 130 guests in dinner style with presentation space. Fully air-conditioned, the room is flooded with natural daylight and is equipped with HDMI data projection. Black-out blinds are fitted. Adjacent is a large dedicated breakout zone, perfect for pre-event receptions, exhibitions, networking or informal breakout sessions, not forgetting the all important tea/coffee breaks!

We can offer a variety of catering options, AV resources and equipment. Te venue comes equipped with 3 built in projector screens, PA and a raised stage.

Our bleacher seating can seat up to 240 when extended.

The Black Room at The Boardwalk is a versatile space suitable for a variety of events such as rehearsals, meetings, training sessions, team days, film showings, and castings. It features sprung harlequin dance flooring, ceiling-flown theatre lighting, blackout drapes, a PA system, a hearing loop, and an assistance alarm. The space offers Audio-Visual equipment including a screen, projector, interactive TV/whiteboard, laptop, wireless/lapel microphone, cabled microphone, and a lectern. Photocopying/Printing services are available for both black and white as well as color printing in A4/A3 sizes. The capacity of the Black Room is 70 for Theatre style, 50 for Cabaret style, 20 for U-Shape, and 20 for Board Room setup.
