The Point offers a blank canvas to inspire creativity, and can host a wide range of events including conferences and meetings, AGM's, seminars, exhibitions, gala dinners, product launches, fashion shows, panel discussions, presentations and examinations. The Point is an elevated suite with seven-metre windows, allowing unrivalled panoramic views of our world famous cricket pitch. The room can be sub divided into 4 separate areas meaning we can cater from 100 to 1000 delegates. This large and versatile space is free from pillars, has built in projectors and screens and coloured LED lights
The Sansovino is 392 sq. meters, 18x12m in size with a 22m high ceiling! This allows all manor of events to maximise their potential in the space. With its own entrance separate to the hotel, guests will be in for something special on arrival to the hotel. This versatile space can be used as a full auditorium for large scale events such as conferences, presentations or large meetings. Or, as a draped short hall with the use of our in house draping system, allowing to create a blank canvas ballroom. The various layouts can accommodate huge conferences from 1,000 - 12,334 delegates in a theatre style layout or 1,400 for a corporate dinner dance or awards ceremony in a banquet set up.
Smart, minimal and sleek, The V12 Room is the larger of the two adjoining spaces. This room is perfect for conferences, panel discussions, meetings and much more. Our capacity for theatre style conferences is over 130 people. We work with production teams that can source all the AV production for your event. The rooms can accommodate a variety of layouts such as theatre, classroom, U-shape and cabaret.
One of the most architecturally astounding and unique spaces in London, the Main Space is the beating heart of the Roundhouse and is the perfect setting for all events. An impressive blank canvas, the iconic Main Space includes a lighting rig, sound system, staging and endless branding opportunities to put your stamp on it and make it a business meeting or conference to remember. The Main Space is great for conferences, seating up to 1503 in theatre style across the whole space. The Balcony is ideal for networking with plenty of space for exhibitor stands too.
Originally built to record orchestras and big bands, Studio One is an inspiring setting for any event. Regarded as the UK’s premier orchestral studio, it has witnessed the recording of some of the most famous scores in cinema history including the scores for Star Wars, Harry Potter, The Lord of the Rings and many more. The blank canvas space is versatile enough to accommodate large receptions, dinners and award ceremonies but can also be transformed to deliver the unique Record a Song Experience.
Located next to the Grace Gate, and overlooking the Pavilion and the Harris Garden, the Thomas Lord Suite combines considerable style with ease of use. The stunning First Floor Dining Room is available for exclusive hire for up to 100 guests standing and 60 guests seated. EartH Theatre is a great alternative change to your typical conference or panel event space. It's 1930s art deco features can compliment your business / products launches and also be a great wow factor for your guests. We have hosted international brands, tech product launches, award ceremonies, panel talks, AGMs and more. It has a large stage so your event can be as creative as possible to really engage with your guests or audience. Using the full venue you are able to take advantage of the multiple breakout spaces in a creative way.
Venue 1 is our most versatile room. It can be transformed to accommodate a variety of events and will easily seat 300 people theatre-style for lectures, presentations, conferences, product launches or exhibitions. There is assisted access to the venue.
Ideally located in the centre of venue and covering over 2000m2, the Mezzanine has an exceptional abundance of light and has the perfect space for large exhibitions, awards evening dinners, gala dinners, large conferences and more. It's proximity to the breakout rooms makes the space ideal for a conference to run alongside a large exhibition.
Our 300-seat Auditorium is our largest space for conferences and events. The built-in theatre style layout creates a lecture style facility, ideal for presentations, seminars and panel discussions. It is equipped with a state-of-the-art screen, Sony HDR 4K Laser projector and surround sound speakers, as well as the opportunity to produce video conferencing/streaming. The adjoining Exhibition Space is a bright/airy blank canvas space with registration and cloakroom facilities, as well as wonderful branding options including a 5m wide video wall, 84" welcome screen and 4 large media screens.
