The private room at Cafe Rouge Edinburgh is a bright airy room thanks to a large window and ornate glass ceiling. The room is decorated with grand mirrors and the walls are adorned with vintage French prints. The space has banquette seating which runs around two sides of the space perfect for either private dining set up for 60 people or for standing events for up to 80.

The seductive Speakeasy is bursting with character. It's an intimate space for drinks receptions, team building, Christmas parties and corporate social events of all kinds for up to 100 people on a casual and relaxed mix and mingle basis.

Hard Rock Cafe Edinburgh is flexible and ready to rock any event. We can configure our furniture around your needs, including the option to remove all furniture to allow for easy networking and socialising.

Club Prive is the largest of our private rooms. Available for private sit-down meals for up to 40 guests, standing drinks reception for up to 50 guests, boardroom meetings for up to 20 guests, and theatre-style events for up to 40 guests. The room offers natural daylight with meeting equipment like tv, flipchart and stationary also available.

Games Room is the perfect choice for private meetings and events with plenty of flexibility for the set up and arrangements throughout the day.

The outside terrace offers a great al-fresco experience without compromising on privacy. Nestled in the urban Edinburgh New Town, our terrace is the ideal spot for summer BBQs, drinks receptions and team building events, as well as a fantastic breakout space for conferences. With a maximum capacity of 180 people, the terrace is perfect for events in the Scottish sun (fingers crossed).

We can offer 25 reception in the Stevenson Room. We can also offer accommodation only options accommodation only and have restaurant/lounge/terrace areas.

The hugely flexible Glenfiddich Suite has been newly designed and built, making it one of the most adaptable and well finished private event spaces in the city. It benefits from an engineered timber floor and classic wood panelling in a neutral finish. Immediately adjacent, this suite also benefits from it’s own unique outdoor terrace. Concealed entirely from the hustle and bustle of the streets outside, it has its own weather proof roofing system and is fully heated, making it the perfect space to break away and take a breather.

The Gallery is the largest of the event spaces at the hotel, with room for up to 350 guests. A sliding wall of acoustic panels means that it can be divided into two smaller rooms, each of which has a separate reception space for welcome drinks, registration and breaks.
