The elegant Grace Room, situated on the first floor of the Bristol Pavilion, contains a large dance floor and private bar ideal for Christmas party nights, weddings receptions, dinner dances and private family celebrations for up to 350 guests.

This versatile room has state of the art conference facilities; with an integrated IT and sound system, two ceiling-mounted projectors, plasma screens and variable lighting.

The first floor setting also offers fantastic views of the pitch, with a large glass frontage leading to outside balcony seating.

With the dance floor the capacity of guests is 350. In case you need space for weddings ceremonies or wedding parties as well as other types of events.

The Sansovino is 392 sq. meters, 18x12m in size with a 22m high ceiling! This allows all manor of events to maximise their potential in the space.

Dining Room 1 is the largest of our dining rooms, and is accessed directly from the foyer of the building.
Our in-house catering team have been providing stunning meals in the building for many years, and with this experience comes a very high level of quality and professionalism.
Dining Room 1 can be joined to dining room 2 to increase capacity or provide additional space.
A bar can be installed an manned in this room upon request.

The Dolman Hall is an open space without pillars. This space creates a blank canvas which can be dresses to tailor your event. With natural daylight and three-phase power its the perfect blank canvas for your event.

Elegant Georgian venue for meetings and functions, accommodating up to 90 guests with catering.

Rooms may be set up in theatre, cabaret or boardroom style, and rooms have a plasma screen and laptop. There is a spacious foyer outside the rooms for refreshments.  Catering is available on site for up to 90 guests for either a buffet or formal meal in the modern dining room and up to 70 guests for either a buffet or formal meal in the function suite.

Our meeting & event spaces are located one floor below Reception and are accessible via stairs or lift.

Meetings & events guests also have access to our Conference Lounge and Exclusive Outdoor Terrace, located on the same floor as our event spaces.

The Events suite is a large spacious room based on the 2nd floor of the Museum. It can be used as one large space or divided down into three smaller areas so it can accommodate any number of guests comfortably.

With a stage, sound system, and AV, the Elizabeth Suite is the ideal space for any event. A uniquely stunning space in the heart of Bristol, your experience will be elevated by the stunning decor and original period features of this Edwardian building. With a marble-topped oak bar and private terrace, this space is ideal for product launches or work parties.

Our DDR includes unlimited Wifi and all-day kitchen access, with tea, coffee and buffet lunch included.  Hire is flexible and can include other add-ons such as drinks packages and Day Delegate into banquet dining or evening hire.
