The Events Suite features a range of integrated audio visual solutions, including 2 data projectors with screen and a sound system with a range of microphone options. Creating the right mood is easy with our atmospheric lighting system-featuring pin spots, down lighters and LED's which can change colour to suit your event.
The space is based on the 2 floor of the museum and has a private terrace that overlooks the Bristol Harbour side. The suite can be used as one large spacious room or divided into three different areas.

Each of our meeting rooms have state-of-the-art CleverTouch Technology; perfect for presentations, hosting training courses and hybrid meetings. We also have high-speed Wi-Fi in each of our meeting rooms.

Our meeting & event spaces are located one floor below Reception and are accessible via stairs or lift.

Meetings & events guests also have access to our Conference Lounge and Exclusive Outdoor Terrace, located on the same floor as the event spaces.

Clifton Hill House is used for functions and meetings all year round and boasts elegant Georgian reception rooms, a print gallery and foyer. Rooms may be set up in theatre, cabaret or boardroom style, and rooms have a plasma screen and laptop. Catering is available on site for up to 90 guests for either a buffet or formal meal in the modern dining room and up to 70 guests for either a buffet or formal meal in the function suite. Accommodation is also available during the summer for guests in standard single rooms.
