A truly unique event space - step into an oasis of bamboos, natural wooden surfaces and colourful rustic decor. Our Tiki bar is arguably a hidden gem on West Street, complete with private bar, separate entrance from the main building, cloakroom, tiki booth DJ shack and toilets. The bar is licenced to serve until 3AM. Standing capacity 225. This space lends itself perfectly for a multitude of events from summer parties to networking events with a difference.

A seafront cocktail bar and lounge with stunning views, bespoke drinks, and diverse food options.

Skylark is our cocktail bar and lounge located on the first floor.

The space seats 40 comfortably and can accommodate 50 guests with a mix of standing and seated with minimal furniture removed.  Skylark has wonderful views of the seafront, features a bespoke cocktail menu bespoke to the space and has the option to play your own music.  Other drinks such as local craft beers, soft drinks, wine and spirit and mixers are also available as it access to all of our 7 kitchens.

The Regent Room is the hotels original library, which exudes traditional charm. It has beautiful beautiful wood panelling and a fireplace to make it the perfect room for private dining room. It can seat up to 40 people on one long table.

A lavish historic banqueting room in Brighton, perfect for grand gatherings of up to 90 guests.

The elaborate and glittering State Banqueting Room, highly theatrical in style, was the perfect backdrop for the celebrated feasts that George would have offered his courtiers and guests. In situ is a grand table, a permanent exhibit, offering a setting truly fit for a grand gathering. 
You may not serve the 70 dishes that George would lavish his guests with but you will certainly delight in this room which oozes splendour and extravagance with a dazzling centrepiece chandelier held in the claws of a glorious silvered dragon. 
Host up to 90 guests in this unique historic royal party palace.
