Great for Lunch & Learns, we use scientific evidence to explore topics surrounding mental health and help create a positive culture in your office. Alongside mindfulness, these topics are wide ranging. Learn about de-escalating conflict, how to thrive under pressure, thriving during lockdown, and physical health in the workplace. You can also learn about stress and anxiety, how mental health affects different genders, the importance of diversity and inclusion, and creating a work/life balance.
