With 7 windows providing ample natural light, blackout blinds in the bedrooms, and the ability to create a darkened environment, Reserve is adaptable for various event needs. While not soundproof, the space has successfully hosted events with audio, though adjustments may be needed for ambient background noise. Amenities include living room seating for 12, a Samsung TV with Wall Mount and Laptop Adaptor, Roku, Netflix, Basic Cable Service, dimmable light designs, a beautiful bathroom with a massive skylight, and more. Security cameras are present in common areas, with no cameras in bedrooms or bathrooms.
