Spaces at The Ark Conference Centre

The Squire Theatre has been fitted with a high definition projector and a 3.5 meter screen to display high quality power-point presentations, live video streaming and pre-recorded media productions for your events.

The Aegean room is perfect for smaller meetings and for use as a breakout room. It is located on the lower floor opposite the Squire and has an area outside suitable for refreshments. The space can also be used for private dinners for up to 40 guests.

The Barents is ideal for board meetings, interviews, training and as a breakout room for up to 30 delegates theatre style. Excellent for intimate private dinners, plated or seated buffets for numbers up to 20 guests.

Both the Caspian and Andaman rooms are lovely, bright rooms with a windowed back wall which can be blacked out for presentations. The rooms have the flexibility to be used as two separate rooms or combined to make one larger room. Both rooms have projectors and screens and can host meetings up to 100 delegates theatre style. It is perfect for day time meetings in an informal atmosphere or networking drinks and dinners in the evening.

The Caspian is the larger of the two rooms which can hold up to 50 delegates theatre style.

Andaman is smaller of the two rooms which can hold up to 40 delegates theatre style

Lugano and Garda have the flexibility to be two smaller rooms or one larger one. Combined they can accommodate up to 80 delegates theatre style and have an area just outside for private registration, working buffet lunch and refreshments. They are located on the first floor and are well lit with natural daylight. We can also provide a lovely buffet style dinner option for 60 guests in Lugano and Garda rooms.

Garda is smaller of the two rooms and can accommodate a maximum of 30 delegates theatre style.

The Geneva Room is located on the first floor of the Ark building. The room is lovely and bright with a permanent presenters control desk at the front. It has a lobby area just outside which is ideal for a private delegate registration, working lunch buffets and refreshments. A suitable space for private, seated buffet lunches or dinner with maximum numbers of 64 guests on round tables.

The Pavilion is our largest event space which can accommodate 150 delegates theatre style and can be used for conferences, meetings, exhibitions and presentations with our blackout blinds feature.

The Foyer and Atrium can be used for exhibitions, art expo's and drinks receptions with a beautiful marble water feature as a backdrop which can be lit by different coloured lights to tie in with your event colour scheme. During the summer, we have our patio area available for canape and drinks receptions, BBQ's and hog roasts with two sun umbrellas and comfy outdoor furniture.

By day, the Blue Cafe Bar is open and available to all patrons for breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea. By night, we can turn the space into a exhibition space, drinks reception area, private buffet dining area and even a games room.
