Our largest event space located on the ground floor is perfect for business events. This room can hold up to 450 guests in theatre style and 330 in cabaret. The room has lots of natural daylight and comes with a built in projector and screen, PA system and microphone.
1904 Lounge
These is a great room for a dining event, the 1904 is located on the ground floor and has private entrance, built in bar and lots of natural daylight. The room can hold up to 156 guests for dinner or 120 for a dinner dance.

The Hull City and Hull FC Changing Rooms are available to hire, they are perfect for small meetings and break out space. The 2 rooms can hold up to 45 in theatre style, 30 in cabaret style and 28 in a boardroom set up.

A great meeting space with natural daylight and built in AV. The Vice President's Suite can hold up to 40 guests in theatre style or cabaret style and 20 in boardroom. The room also comes with the Guest Lounge which is the perfect space for a break out area or for catering.

The variety of rooms can accommodate meetings, lunches and dinners from 10-450 people.
The 10 conference rooms provide the facility for organisers to arrange seminars and syndicate groups for the largest conferences.
