Smart, minimal and sleek, The V12 Room is the larger of the two adjoining spaces. This room is perfect for conferences, panel discussions, corporate events, meetings, award ceremonies, networking events, sit down meals / buffets and much more. Our capacity for theatre style conferences is over 130 people. We work with production teams that can source all the AV production for your event. The rooms can accommodate a variety of layouts such as theatre, classroom, U-shape and cabaret.
The Showroom
Capacity: Up to 350 Reception guests

Our Showroom hosts around 30 classic cars by day and can be transformed into a unique event space accommodating up to 250 seated guests or 300 standing. The ceilings are breathtakingly high, and are ideal for larger events including conferences, award ceremonies, fashion shows, product launches and exhibitions. The size of the space allows the construction of a bespoke stage or set to enhance the theme of your event.
The V8 Room

Our event spaces are incredibly easy to access, they are at the front of the building, you can enter the main V12 room directly from the car park... no lifts and no stairs. The V8 room also over looks the Courtyard, we have blinds that can drop down to give you the privacy you need for your event. The V8 room has hardwood floors, large bay windows and a variety of quirky art on the walls and sculptures and ceramics. It's great to hire on it's own, however it's also used as a breakout space for the V12 which is next door.

The V8 & V12 Rooms combined are the perfect spaces for corporate events such as private meetings, conferences, or workshops, that may require a breakout space. Also great for lunches and team meetings. The V8 Room is a contemporary room, with lots of natural daylight and art on the walls. It can function as an additional catering area or networking space. The dividing sliding door separates the two rooms, this can enable you to host multiple sessions simultaneously.
The Dining Room & Courtyard

Spread across two levels, The Dining Room & Courtyard is the perfect space for seated dinners and standing receptions for up to 150 people. The room benefits from an industrial open kitchen, which can be incorporated into your events and provide a unique sensory experience, taking your event to the next level. Often hosted here are supper clubs, food tastings, intimate and larger group dinners, networking corporate events and more! The Courtyard is covered and heated which enables clients to enjoy outdoor dining experiences throughout the year.
